Shrine of Secrets: January 25th - February 1st [130k BP CODE HERE]

Please ignore the fact that I've been MIA for a week; Runescape just released it's Leagues 3 event and I've been on that g r  i n d. Also ignore how I change the title format every week. I'm just keeping it spicy.

Use code VK130UP for 130k bloodpoints!!

As usual, the order is: left, top, right, bottom.

Tenacity: You crawl 30/40/50% faster and can recover while crawling (Tapp lvl 30) This is a paid dlc perk and will likely be needed to complete some parts of the Saw tome.

Balanced Landing: Reduces drop stagger by 75%, suppresses the 'grunt of exertion' from falling (the 'oof' noise that survivors make when they land), and allows you to break into a sprint of 150% speed for 3 seconds after falling from a height. Exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds. (Nea lvl 30)

Corrupt Intervention: At the start of a trial, the 3 gens furthest away from you will be blocked for 80/100/120 seconds. (Plague lvl 30)

Hangman's Trick: Gain a loud noise notification (the same as when a survivor misses a skill check or performs a rushed action) whenever a survivor begins to sabotage a hook. While carrying a survivor, you can see the aura of any survivor within 2/4/6 m of a hook. (Pig lvl 30) This is a paid dlc perk and will likely be needed to complete some parts of the Saw tome.

Outlook: The best perk is Corrupt, but all of Plague's perks are quite good so if you own her, you should level her to 40, but if you don't (or don't want the Infectious Fright and Dark Devotion, since Corrupt is definitely the best and most versatile of the 3) then you can definitely get this. Nea is free by default and Balanced is her best perk as well as the first that you unlock on her. Tenacity is decent but if the killer doesn't slug then it is completely useless. You will likely need it to do all survivor challenges in the upcoming Saw tome.  Hangman's Trick is...terrible. I would only buy it if you don't have the Pig and want to complete as many aspects of the Saw tome archives as you can since you will most certainly require it to 100% these archives. You will almost certainly be able to get all rewards without buying the two related perks, but Saw is a paid DLC so if you don't want to pay real money for the characters, this is the only method of getting their perks.

Dead by Daylight Leatherface Mask Removal

Man, there were some angry people when this news dropped. To be completely honest, I understand why  people were upset; those are his only free cosmetics, save for the bloody prestige cosmetics, but those really aren't free when you take into account the bloodpoints spent.  I also fully stand with people of colour who were harassed by racists using this mask for the purpose of being racist. If that means removing the masks, then I 100% support the decision because nobody should be harassed in such a manner. However -- it could have been done better. We didn't need  to remove the masks. They could have simply made them client-sided, so the people going against a Leatherface wouldn't see which mask was chosen, it would be whichever mask was equipped on their Leatherface, or just the default mask. It could have been done quietly and we would have been none the wiser. You would get each of these four masks by killing 25 survivors playing as the four original characters. It wa

As AFK as it gets: NMZ Ranged Training Guide (only interact every ~15 minutes)

Fully afk ranging guide from nmz Ok, I know I didn’t update the shrine on Tuesday and I’m sorry. (Trust me it isn’t worth it this week anyways haha) but if you’re here for osrs, then you probably don’t care anyways. I will have it next week anyways, don’t worry. Anyways, over the past few days, I’ve gotten to 91 ranged and 90 hitpoints all in the nmz…and while I have been training I have been able to make lunch, take a shower, watch tv, and play completely different games while only interacting with my game every 15-20 minutes. Jagex might think I’m botting tbh.  Here is my gear: (Sara d’hide coif) (Ava’s Device) (Amulet of fury) (Rune arrows) (Magis shortbow imbued) (Ancient d’hide top) (Bandos d’hide chaps) (Barrows gloves) (Ancient d’hide boots) (archer’s ring imbued) This is a relatively cheap setup, save for the archer’s ring which is a bit over 4 mil right now, plus 650,000 nightmare points/260 soul wars tokens. Mind you, any blessed d’hide works and black d’hide works just fin

Shrine of Secrets February 8th-15th

We have:  Surveillance (Pig lvl 35): shows the aura of regressing gens in white. When regression is interrupted, the gen will turn yellow for 8/12/16 seconds. You can hear gens being repaired from 8m further away. [paid dlc, likely needed for Saw tome] Detective's Hunch (Tapp lvl 35): shows the auras of gens, chests, and totems within 32/48/64m for 10 seconds. [paid dlc, likely needed for Saw tome] Prove Thyself (Dwight lvl 35): Increases your repair speed by 15% for each other survivor within 4m, up to 45% bonus. It is also applied to the other survivors in range. Gain 50/75/100% more bp for co-op actions. Spirit Fury (Spirit lvl 30): After breaking 4/3/2 pallets, the next pallet that stuns you will break instantly. You will still be stunned. Outlook: I love Detective's Hunch a lot. Super useful for cleansing/blessing totems and finding things on confusing maps. (*cough cough* rpd *cough cough*) A solid and often overlooked perk. Surveillance is really good with ruin since
